Meet White Oak Properties, LLC

My name is Jim Lekse and my wife Brenda, and I founded White Oak Properties, LLC as a way to help landowners sell their unwanted vacant, bare, and/or raw land.

Our Roots

Based in Plainfield, Indiana, White Oak Properties, LLC draws strength from our Midwestern roots while reaching out to opportunities beyond state lines. While our home base may be in Indiana, we are actively acquiring properties in Florida and other areas, reflecting our commitment to growth and diversification.

For Jim and Brenda, White Oak Properties, LLC is more than just a business venture; it’s a family legacy. With a deep appreciation for nature and the outdoors, they have instilled these values in their sons, who share their enthusiasm for land stewardship and conservation. As sponsor members of the National Wild Turkey Federation (NWTF), Indiana Forestry and Woodland Owners Association, and proud owners of an American Tree Farm System Certified Tree Farm, the Lekse family is dedicated to promoting sustainable land management practices and preserving natural habitats for future generations.
